  • Founder

    Rebecca has 24 years of experience in the real estate industry, with a focus on senior housing since 2016. She holds a California RCFE Administrator Certification, California Real Estate License, Certification as a Texas Assisted Living Manager and is currently in graduate school for Healthcare Administration.

    She uses her expertise and passion to help clients achieve their goals of buying, selling, developing, investing, financing, or operating in the senior housing and assisted living market. She has sold over half a billion dollars in assets and specialized in investments, development, and new construction. She is committed to giving back to the community and meeting the needs of the rapidly growing senior population. In her free time, she enjoys the beach, hiking, and mountain biking with her family in her hometown of Encinitas, California.

    Vanessa is an innovative Creative Director and start-up founder with a strategic focus on growth marketing and brand development. We offer basic packages that include a website, business cards, and brochure and a la carte services.
